How accessible is the justice system to ordinary people? And how frequently do they interact with it. What kind of problems do ordinary people experience when seeking justice?
What actions can citizens take in response to poor government performance? What actions should they take? What actions do they take?
Perceptions of the extent of China’s influence, and the extent to which it benefits or harms national interests.
Household access to electricity, and the reliability of the supply. Do people access electricity without paying for it?
Support for freedom of movement and regional economic exchange, and for regional promotion and protection of democracy.
