Position: Finance manager, Project Management Unit
Felix Biga, FCCA, CA, is an experienced finance executive with more than 17 years’ senior executive-level experience, including managing boards and external stakeholder interests.
Felix began his finance career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he worked in audit, financial due diligence, and SOX compliance, among other capacities. He subsequently joined British American Tobacco (BAT), where he served in various financial and commercial roles in West Africa and rose to become finance director for British American Tobacco, Ghana.
After eight years at BAT, Felix joined Allterrain Services Group (ATS) as group chief financial officer and became a member of the board of Allterrain Services Inc., its BVI registered parent company. In this capacity, he led a transformation in the financial and business management practices of ATS and oversaw a company that turned over more than U.S. $130 million per year. He managed the financial operations of the ATS group in 14 countries in Africa, covering 24 legal entities and 96 remote sites.
Felix, who is Ghanaian, has extensive experience in corporate finance, change management, and the development of long- and short-term strategies across territories in Africa.
